How we work on Reynaers systems
We identify the exact profile, hardware and glazing generation on site from the frames, labels and the building's O&M manual, then order the matching parts. Repairs are recorded against the flat, door or elevation with photographs, so the building has a history of what was done.
The same team handles leak investigation, glass replacement and planned maintenance on Reynaers buildings, so a block's whole envelope can sit with one contractor.
Questions about Reynaers
Are you a Reynaers approved fabricator?
No. We are an independent maintenance contractor. Our operatives are trained by Reynaers, and we service and repair their systems on buildings fabricated and installed by others.
Can you repair Hi-Finity sliding doors?
Yes: rollers, tracks, locking, seals and glass. Hi-Finity panels are large and heavy, so glass replacement is planned with vacuum lifting equipment.
Do you hold Reynaers parts?
We hold common items and order the rest through Reynaers' supply chain once the profile and hardware are identified.
Facade Maintenance Ltd is an independent maintenance contractor. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by it. Product and system names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe the systems we service and repair.
