Inspect and report
Review the façade, identify visible maintenance issues and record the areas needing attention.
Planned inspection and maintenance help building teams understand the condition of their façade and organise the next steps. We combine inspection, reporting and repair with practical access planning.

Façade and glazing terminology explained →
Curtain walling is an external wall system, commonly formed from framing and glazing, supported by the building structure. Rainscreen cladding is an outer covering with a cavity and supporting layers behind it. Maintenance needs to consider the visible surface and its connections to neighbouring systems.
Depending on the agreed scope, we inspect accessible joints, seals, drainage paths, glazing details, copings and flashings. Water can enter where two systems meet—for example, at the junction of a window frame, cladding panel and waterproofing membrane.
Our reports help the building team understand the observed condition and plan targeted maintenance. Recurring leaks may require controlled water testing before a repair is selected.
