Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form, email or call us we collect your name, company, contact details, the building address and what you tell us about the job. We use it to answer the enquiry, survey, quote and carry out the work. Legal basis: steps before and under a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Clients and suppliers. Contact details, correspondence, site records, photographs, reports and invoices needed to do the work and keep our records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting and health and safety records).
Website. With your consent we use Google Ads measurement cookies to see which of our adverts lead to enquiries. See the cookies policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
Suppliers who help us do the work (glass and parts manufacturers, access and lifting contractors, our accounting and email providers), the managing agent, freeholder or main contractor for the building where the work is done, and insurers or authorities where the law or a claim requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Enquiries that do not become work, 12 months. Client, project and health and safety records, 7 years after the work, or longer where a building safety or warranty obligation requires it.
