Our directors and surveyors come from aluminium window and door manufacturing, facade installation on major London developments and after-sales teams. That background is why we can identify a system from its profile, know where it drains and where it fails, and carry the right parts.
We are a team of around twenty five: surveyors, glaziers, window and door technicians, rope access technicians, fire door operatives and an office team that answers the phone. Based in Loughton, Essex, with most of our work across central, east and west London.
We work for managing agents, freeholders, housing providers, developers, facade contractors and main contractors. We do not do domestic work for private homeowners.
Every job has a survey report, RAMS, photographs and a close-out report. If it is not written down, it did not happen.
